SHIPMENTS: Transport is always payed for the customer and the risks of the shipments are covered for the transports companies insurances.
If you detect any anomaly in the parcels, or the quantity of parcels is not correct, please remark in the delivery note when you sign, to be able to protest to your transport insurance. Who pay the shipment is who have to do.
Please report us transport company you prefer we send your order. You can do it in the confirmation process, in " Delivery Information ", "COMMENTS".
If we belive you requests a transport, which for our knowledge is not adapted for your shipment, we will contact with you to comment it.
If you donīt tell us, we are going to decide for you the most adapted for every case, without right to receive claims for this.
Attention: Shipments are not realized by post because a organization matter of our company.

RETURNS: Any return will have to be realized under our previous acceptance and payed transport, already can be for an evil functioning (the guarantee does not cover the shipments), or for not interesting the material for the reason that will be.
This will give right to change it to products always of equal or major amount, paying the difference in this last case, or to leave balance for your future purchases.
Important Note: If you ordered some product that we donīt usually have in stock because has little demand (some products that appear in our Webpage but we only sell under demand), and you want to returns, we will realize the same that in the previous paragraph, but you are going to have balance to your favour for changes or future shopping, after we sell it again to other customers.
We only will accept returns when itīs ok with the two previous paragraphs, and when te products are: not broken, not in bad conditions, not manipulated, not have knocks, falls, scratches, was used, have practised a bad use, do not have the original envelopes and do not exceed more of 15 days of the date of sending. |
